Below you will find a breakdown of awards and recognition offered here at Red Aspen and on the Sparkle+Roots Corporate Team.
TEAM WIDE INCENTIVES
The Sparkle+Roots team offers occasional incentives for challenges for action steps, sales, sponsoring, makeup looks or even dance offs. These incentives are in addition to any incentives offered by Red Aspen such as the Sales & Sponsor Society.
RIBBONS
When you achieve the rank of Brand Manager, you receive your first ribbon. Ribbons are awarded to Brand Managers and above. Ribbons are also given for attending conferences, incentive trips and more.
MAGICAL WAND
When you achieve the rank of Associate Brand Director you will receive a gold, glittery Magical Wand. This wand has a positive energy & helps you spread a little sparkle wherever you go!
CROWN OF JEWELS
When you achieve the rank of National Brand Director you will receive a Crown of Jewels. Sometimes you just have to throw on a crown and remind people who they’re dealing with, so wear it like a Queen!!
LEADERSHIP RETREATS & INCENTIVE TRIPS
In addition to Corporate Leadership Retreats, Sparkle+Roots hosts an annual Leadership Retreat for Top Leaders. In addition, there will be occasional Incentive Trips. Requirements for these trips will vary.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT
Leaders proudly acknowledge your hard work when you hit a milestone in your business.
This acknowledgment may be different for each leader and should never be mistaken for less than genuine. Some leaders enjoy gifting their teammates, others send handwritten notes, most like to shout them out on social media (either publicly on their timeline or privately in the team group) and few may only message or call you directly and express how excited and proud they are of your accomplishments. Understanding the color personalities helps with this area to know how someone operates as a leader and as the enrollee. Never guess someone's intentions or assume your leader doesn't care.
