When you achieve the rank of Brand Manager, you receive your first ribbon to eventually be attached to your Magical Wand. You also receive ribbons for every rank above Associate Brand Director, conferences attended, trips earned and more.

Staying connected with our team is simple, no matter where you may be. Our Facebook Sparkle+Roots team group is extremely active with New Brand Ambassadors and Mentors sharing ideas and support. It's a place where you will learn, develop and grow. We also have a team Customer group as well as an Opportunity group.
